Edward Kelly, Project Manager

Edward, known as Ed to most, is Genny’s right hand man in more ways than one.  They have enjoyed a 25 year marriage and always talked of owning their own business.  His management skills, as well as his information technology experience, and his innovative and creative thought processes, make him a valuable asset to AQC.

Ed served in the USAF for over 16 years as an environmental systems specialist, flight chief and assistant maintenance superintendent.  He also served four years in Air Force Recruiting Service as a recruiter and operations analyst.

For the past 18 years, Ed has enjoyed a career with the federal government.  The first 12 years were spent in the realty specialist field as a planner estimator, customer service representative, management analyst, team lender, project manager, and chief of space and property.  For the last six years, he has worked as a project manager in business systems modernization. His most recent success story involved a ground breaking nationwide project customizing existing contact recording technology to be used in an open office environment. This is the first time in the United States whereby an organization will record face to face customer interactions for quality purposes.  Ed is a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Manager Institute.

Ed was born and raised in New York City, NY.

 

Debra Grecol

Debra held a number of positions in the mortgage industry during her career including: Loan Officer, Loan Processor Direct Endorsement and VA Automatic Underwriter, Assistant Branch Manager, Registered Representative (INVEST), Teller, Customer Service Representative, Loan Assumption Representative, In-house Mortgage Lending Supervisor, Loan Closing Supervisor, Mortgage Industry Consultant, Real Estate Lending Senior VP, Office Manager, Executive VP of Operations, Compliance & Automated Systems, Business Analyst/Specifications Writer, VP of Operations, and VP of Mortgage Department Manager. Since joining Accurate Quality Control, Debra has performed loan quality control reviews, underwriting reviews and completed due diligence for single-family mortgage loans; specifically, Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA. Additionally, she creates, writes and updates relevant information required for reporting based on Agency guidelines. Debra is known for her ability to creatively apply lessons learned from her 37-year career in the Mortgage Industry to deliver innovative, effective and cost-effective results.

 

Judy Nash-Ellis

Judy worked for HUD’s Multi-Family and Single Family Divisions primarily in Atlanta, GA for 32 years.  Judy spent the last 13 years of her HUD career in management as a Branch Chief in the Processing and Underwriting Division.  She successfully led a team responsible for assisting lenders through the pre-closing process, performing Post Technical Reviews, issuing deficiency letters, answering questions from industry members and presenting FHA training sessions for the industry.  Judy is now AQC’s Senior Quality Control Specialist and Trainer.  Judy is a NAPMW Certified Mortgage Instructor.

 

Matilde Mestre

Matilde worked for HUD’s Single Family Housing Division in Washington, DC and Atlanta, GA for 31 years where she gained valuable experience with loan origination and servicing standards, procedures, requirements, handbooks and mortgagee letters pertaining to FHA mortgages.  As a Branch Chief for 11 years, she led a team of 14 employees responsible for assuring lender compliance with FHA loan origination and servicing standards, procedures and requirements. Matilde designed, developed and provided training for in house and out stationed employees.  Matilde is bilingual and bicultural in Spanish/English.
